1.5 years post rhinoplasty - how can the tip be made less bulbous, the radix be raised and the dorsal line improved? (Photos)

I got a rhinoplasty a year and a half ago where i was looking to have my nose less upturned, less bulbous tip, and also to have my radix raised. The tip now actually looks more bulbous, there’s no significant radix raise and my dorsal line has disappeared. Is this botched? What would you recommend for a revision plan? Also, I received a lower bleph with fat repositioning five months ago and it looks worse than before where i have bags now where I didn’t before. What would you suggest to do here? I am really at my wit’s end cause i look worse than I did before and have spent thousands of dollars.
