Can my nostrils be repaired to look better? (Photos)

History: dog bite at 5, damaged my nostril. During a rhinoplasty the physician decided to repair the scar tissue and made it MUCH worse. I’ve been depressed about this for literally over a decade. I dont know if there is any hope of repair
