What can be done for my nose to be smaller? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty at the age of 14 due to severe bullying. My nose was very long with a large hook. Unfortunately as my nose was still developing at that young age, it is still long and the bone has grown back a bit. I've got a very long nose and it's also over projected with a droopy tip. My nostrils are very long and elongated. I'd like it if my nose tip could be less projected and lifted a bit so it's not so droopy. Also, would it be possible to shorten my nostrils? I'm not sure how all this could be done and if it would be an open or closed rhinoplasty ? I'm not sure if my nose would need better support also, not sure if I would need grafts or rib cartilage etc. my skin is very thin where the long bone is. Can someone please help let me know what exactly is achievable ? Thanks
