The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Based on your photos, I believe that you would be able to achieve your goals without a lift. I recommend speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

This truly depends on the measurements of your breast that will be the final determination on what type of procedure you truly need. It is challenging to make official recommendations without measurements and a physical exam. It may be possible to any have implants placed but you might need a mastopexy as well.

Don't be fooled (because some surgeons will try to), you can't get that look without a formal (vertical scar included) mastopexy. A donut or crescent mastopexy will never be able to give you that look. Never. The 'look' you are showing is a relatively small diameter, round areola sitting high on the mound with plenty of visible breast skin below it and little residual breast sagging. The good news is that the vertical scar is most likely going to be inconspicuous with time. Remember, the goal is to get a more attractive breast, not a frankenbreast.

Your nipples are slightly low but I think you can have a dual plane augmentation without any lift scar. This will help fill out the bottom portion of your breasts and centralize your nipples. Good luck.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Measurements are needed to be sure, but you will need the peri-areolar lift at least, and may need the vertical lift as well.

There are some different options for breast lifting and breast implant placement. The advantages and disadvantages of different breast lifting techniques have been reviewed extensively in this forum and I suggest that you read them. Then, consultation with an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon can confirm or reject the validity of a non-vertical breast lift in your situation. Your goal photos may be a bit unrealistic as we do not know the preoperative status/appearance of either of those patients. To come up with reasonable goal photos you should find patients that had your similar breasts before their surgery. Good luck!

Nicely posted photos, but the wish pics can NOT be achieved without full lift. But you could do 2 stages of surgery. Stage 1 - Implants in 500 cc ranges, then after 3-6 months see if you desire the full lift. Best to virtual consult with...

From your photos, I note relative breast symmetry, the distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples appears increased, the nipples reside above the fold at the bottom of the breasts, the areolae are enlarged, there is lower breast pole skin laxity, and there is minimal sag.
You have provided us with a caveat...no vertical scar.
A crescent lift will only lift (and distort) the superior aspect of the areola. A periareolar lift will only lift the breast 2 cm or less. Attempting more will be associated with pancaking of the breast and pleating of the incisions.
Without the restriction of vertical scar exclusion, a vertical lift will provide the best result (in my humble opinion). It will elevate the nipple areolar complex into anatomic position and will decrease areolar diameter, will conify breast shape, and will tighten the lower breast poles.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
