37/F/135lbs/5'1"/Current bra size is 34B I am interested is getting breast implants that would result is about a DD cup size. I will likely need a lift. I have included goal pics. Is there anyway I can achieve the look of my goal pics without a vertical breast lift scar? Is the goal pic achievable based on my current breast size/shape, etc?

I do not think that a woman being taller changes the typical strategies for choosing an implant. First, we measure what the patient's natural breast width is. Then we select implant sizes with that breast width to pick the right implant for you. Most women like yourself have subtle asymmetries...
