How long should I wait for round 2 of under eye fillers? 7 days ago I got 1ml of Restylane under each eye (2ml total).

It can take 1-2 weeks for final results with Restylane. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

I would recommend waiting 2 - 3 weeks, particularly in an area like the lower eyelids.  These areas can take several weeks to completely return to the new normal following filler injections, and a repeat treatment in close proximity to the original treatment may result in more filler being placed than necessary.  Hyaluronic acid products soak up water or hydrate over time and may take several weeks to see the most accurate final results

If after 3 weeks you desire more volumization, it will be safe to return for more. Second time around, be more judicious as to how much product is added. Instead of one additional vial per under eye, get 1/2 in each. You can always return for more. BestH Karamanoukian MD FACS

2 ml is a lot of filler under the eyes so wait at least 2 weeks more and see what the results are at that point and if not what you want contact your doctor

I would give it two full weeks and maybe bit longer as there still may be some residual swelling. Good luck.

Please wait at least one month between injections. You need to give the product time to settle in and adjust.
