If I already have a butt and just want wider hips do I still need a BBL? (photo)

I wouldn't mind getting a BBL but if I can just somehow get hips I rather do that. I am happy with my butt size but want to be curvy. My boobs are 36 my waist is a 30 and my butt area is 43. I am willing to travel to get the procedure done as well. Any suggestions? I have attached a picture of the look I am going for but would like slightly bigger hips. I have hip dips and would like them filled in.

Thanks for your questions! I would recommend you getting a VASER liposuction with fat grafting (fat transfer), for a beautifully contoured body. With VASER liposuction you can get rid of excess fat from arms, back, abs and flanks and transfer the rendered autologous fat (from your own body) to specific areas such as hips and buttocks to achieve an hourglass figure. This combined procedure would be the safer and more effective way to get your hip dips filled in, giving you a well-proportioned shape. Since fat grafting utilizes autologous fat, the chance of allergic reactions to foreign substances, such as dermal fillers and implants are reduced, and the results are longer lasting. Your photos would indicate you are a great candidate for a BBL but an exam by a well qualified board certified plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss outcome expectations.As long as your weight is stable, which I would define as plus or minus five pounds from your current weight over the past few years, you would be a reasonable candidate for a Brazilian Butt lift.

Thank you for your question. Yes it is feasible and there is quite a demand for the exact procedure nowadays.  No one has termed this new trend yet but fat grafting to hips only is quite feasible and I do several such procedures per month.  I also perform hip augmentation with implants, pre-fabricated and custom-made.The most important is have have enough fat "to give" and to be clear with your surgeon about the area to be augmented, including the hip dips.The techniques for hip augmentation with fat is similar to the Brazilian butt lift, which, to be honest, often includes some fat to the hips (think Kardashian's buttocks).Hope this helps!Kind regards,Dr. Marc DuPere, aesthetic plastic surgeon

Recently hips have become more and more fashionable. When I see patients I ask them to point to where they want me to take it and where they want me to put it. See a board certified plastic surgeon, who operates at a certified facility and does a ton of Brazilian but lifts and you’ll be in good hand. Ask him or her; how many BBLs (with emphasis on hips) did you do last year? Do not settle for vague answers.
