Why do my breasts fall to the side?

I'm 16 years old and was fully developed about a year ago. My breasts grew really fast in a short period (3-5 months roughly). The under part of my breast is not visible, they sag and the areola is big and all the way at the bottom. I am currently a 36dd. Would a breast lift help?
