If I want to be absolutely conservative, is there a safe time frame after a fat transfer that it is safe to get botox? A lot of the fat that was put in was in my forehead area and temples, near where I would be getting the botox.

This may be bruising or a vein that appears more prominent due to swelling of the area in response to the injection. As long as it is not painful or hard, or getting worse, I would give it two weeks to go back to normal.
The botox itself is not painful, but the secondary swelling from your body and the fluid pressure can make it sore until the fluid reabsorbs.
In my experience, time and patients, light massage, and cool compresses will help.
