This needs an in-person evaluation, but this area can be improved with liposuction. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Hello,An office consultation would be the best to determine and answer your question more specifically.Normally the skin gradually tighten up after liposuction, particularly in younger patients. Going through liposuction is the best option if you plan to get rid of the fat. If done correctly the skin gradually tighten up in few months. Thank you for your question and posting your photos. It would appear that you have a combination of loose skin with a modest amount of unwanted fat. Fortunately, in today's world we have the tools to reduce the fat and tighten the skin without having to resort to a tummy tuck or mini-tuck. Two options for you are J-Plasma and BodyTite. Both of these treatments can be combined with a form of less traumatic liposuction (Tickle Lipo, Vaser Lipo, BodyJet) to get amazing results.J-Plasma using a combination of cold helium gas and low level RF to form plasma energy which gives immediate and dramatic skin tightening.BodyTite by InMode uses higher levels of bi-polar RF to tighten the skin as much as 30-35%. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.
