Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

This needs an in-person evaluation, but this area can be improved with liposuction. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. You would benefit by combination of Bodytite or skin tightening and liposuction to reduct the areas of fat in your love handle region.  The combination will allow for better tightening of the skin.

Hello,An office consultation would be the best to determine and answer your question more specifically.Normally the skin gradually tighten up after liposuction, particularly in younger patients. Going through liposuction is the best option if you plan to get rid of the fat. If done correctly the skin gradually tighten up in few months. Thank you for your question and posting your photos. It would appear that you have a combination of loose skin with a modest amount of unwanted fat. Fortunately, in today's world we have the tools to reduce the fat and tighten the skin without having to resort to a tummy tuck or mini-tuck. Two options for you are J-Plasma and BodyTite.
