We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to a hi definition procedure. A hi definition liposuction like a VASER HI DEF revision combined with ThermiRF which can be performed at the same time as a thigh lift if you're a candidate, would give the most improvement. Other options for skin tightening would be a combination approach with vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave. The combination treatment can improve these areas significantly if you area candidate for treatment.  This will leave the least amount of scarring.

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to give you a complete answer without examining your skin or at least some pictures to view the areas you are concerned with. The best devices for skin tightening are minimally invasive and include J-Plasma by Bovie, BodyTite by InMode and ThermiTight. On larger surface areas such as the arms and legs, I tend to use either BodyTite or J-Plasma. BodyTite uses radio-frequency (RF) energy in a trans-dermal fashion meaning the energy travels from under the skin to the surface to achieve a very dramatic tightening of 30-35%. J-Plasma combines cold helium gas with low level RF energy to form plasma which again achieves a very dramatic tightening effect.
