I am 24, female, 34D cup size. I have always hated my breasts. They cause me pain with the slightest pressure (a gyno has said it's nothing to worry about but I am sick of it), they get in the way, and I don't identify with them. I'm starting to question my gender just because I hate them so much. I don't want smaller breasts, I want no breasts. I daydream about it. I do have degenerative disc disease in my lower back, but I am not aware of my breasts contributing to that.

breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Yes you can make them smaller but there is limit to how small you can go without doing a mastectomy.  I recommend that you remove as much tissue as possible without taking your femininity away.

It is possible to have your breast tissue reduced, but there is a limit in order to preserve the blood supply to keep the nipple areola complex alive.  Speak with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
