My nipples are too high, they can be seen out of bras and few tops. Is it possible to lower them still? (Photos)

Had reduction. Like the shape of them but not happy with how high my nipplles are. They pop out of a lot of bras and tops. Is it possible to correct it at all My breast already quite tight . My doctor said they caan do it my making breast slightly smaller and tightening skin at the bottom of the breast. But will it actually lower nipple for bras and tops ? How much lower it is possible to lower in cm ? And will it be posssible to move them apart a bit more ? Really worried . Thank you

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Hello and thank you for your question. In my opinion it is difficult to significantly lower nipple positions (without leaving scar above them) compared to raising them. Yes, by removing a horizontal wedge of skin and tissue along the breast fold you can possibly achieve around 1cm of change in position. I would make sure your current scars/tissues are at least 6+ months out from our previous surgery prior to undergoing revision by a board certified plastic surgeon.

From your photos and concerns a revision would be necessary for correction.  The bottom pole of the breasts needs to be tightened which would improve nipple position.  This may give a little more upper pole fullness as well.  I encourage you to speak further with your surgeon about your goals for correction.
