My nipples are too high, they can be seen out of bras and few tops. Is it possible to lower them still? (Photos)

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Hello and thank you for your question. In my opinion it is difficult to significantly lower nipple positions (without leaving scar above them) compared to raising them. Yes, by removing a horizontal wedge of skin and tissue along the breast fold you can possibly achieve around 1cm of change in position. I would make sure your current scars/tissues are at least 6+ months out from our previous surgery prior to undergoing revision by a board certified plastic surgeon.

From your photos and concerns a revision would be necessary for correction. The bottom pole of the breasts needs to be tightened which would improve nipple position. This may give a little more upper pole fullness as well. I encourage you to speak further with your surgeon about your goals for correction.
