I would like to get a Brazilian butt lift I am 5 foot 10 and 163 pounds. I would like to know how many cc could be injected into each buttocks cheek. As well I would like to know how much liposuction could be extracted in total
Answer: I AM 5 FOOT 10 AND 163... I am 5 foot 10 and 163 pounds. How many cc could be injected into each buttocks cheek? (photos) The Brazilian Lift involves more than just filling the buttocks. It removes fat from adjoining areas, and sometimes distant areas, to have sufficient donor fat. But it also involves contouring so there is nice proportionality. Injecting fat to the buttocks and hips is not just pumping fat. The photos suggest that you are a very good candidate for a BL, but you need to be examined by a Board Certified Plastic surgeon with lots of experience doing the procedure.

Answer: Pre-determining Liposuction and fat transfer volumes There are too many variables to answer your question the way it’s posted. For example with the BBL is fat going to be transferred on your hips, blended into your thighs and if so how far down? Different plastic surgeons have very different approaches to what’s included in the BBL and what parts are grafted and with how much fat. There are more variables like if the fat is centrifuged or gravity separated and for how long? Simply search if using fat can double the concentration of fat versus water in once injected making 400 mL of fat the equivalent to 800 mL of fat that wasn’t centrifuged. When it comes to how much fat can be removed you have to define exactly what areas are being treated. I typically treat the entire torso as one anatomic unit and from your torso which technically includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, full back and under arm area I would most likely remove 4 L of fat. For grafting I do not centrifuge the fat instead typically do about an hour of gravity separation and my typical BBL volume is 800 mL per side. In someone who has thin thighs I almost always graft the lateral thigh to create an even S-curve body contour. In the end what’s important is to choose the most experienced provider in your area. Do that by having multiple in person consultations. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
