What are my options for "reversing" the alar base reduction? (Photos)

Femb0t
Hello, Doctors. I had a primary rhinoplasty 1 year and 4 months ago. As a result, I have a long list of issues, aesthetic and functional. To name a few, I have inverted V deformity, reverse C deformity, internal and external collapse, over-rotated tip, visible cap graft, alar retraction, flat columella, unfavourable alar base reduction and excessive scarring at the base. My biggest aesthetic issue is the alar base reduction. I had a pre-existing asymmetry and my right alar base was higher and ala shorter than the left. This asymmetry was not very noticeable before the surgery. Unfortunately, the base reduction made the already shorter ala even shorter, too short. This causes significant constant discomfort, contributes to my breathing issues and affects the whole nose. The short ala pulls the tip of my nose to its side and even pulls the side of the columella inward. I understand that the alar base reduction is not reversible, however, some options are available to reconstruct nostrils and the alar base. I would greatly appreciate some suggestions on suitable and effective options for my case. I'm open to grafts and whatever is needed. Thank you in advance.
