Hello. 30F, had a deep plane necklift 6 months ago. I never did any LMDs post op (I asked my surgeon and he said it can help but not needed). Comparing my photos today to my immediate post op pics, I can tell it’s not fully recovered yet (immediate post op pics were before swelling kicked in). I also notice some weird texture/lumps/long stretches of skin on my neck that looks odd. Would LMD help with this? Is it too late post op to have any real effects?

Great question and thank you for providing photos!
I don't think it is too late to start lymphatic massage. While it is certainly more effective early on during the recovery process, it is still within reason that you may have residual swelling that can be improved with massage. 
Regarding the neck changes, it is really challenging to tell based on the photo. There are alot of potential things this could represent including scar tissue, changes in skin, suture placement too close to the skin, etc. Your best bet is to follow up with your surgeon and see if they have any thoughts as to what this may represent.
