What are the major differences between Sculptra and Radiesse for adding volume to the butt and correcting hip dips?

Hello, I am wondering if there is any major differences between Sculptra and Radiesse for Butt Augmentation. I am interested in adding a little volume and correcting hip dips. Thanks!

Not only are both of them a rip/off but neither of them are FDA approved for large volume injections into body areas such as the buttock or hip areas.   If you want to do the math, you will need at least 100 ccs in each hip dip to even make a small difference. This equates to 200 ccs total which will cost you at least $150,000. Not to mention, it will melt away within a year and a half or two at most. Hope this saves you a lot of time, money, and agony.

They both dont last very long and require a large amount of product.  This brings the cost up and is not the smartest choice for most people.  In many cases hip implants can actually be cheaper in the long run as its a long term result.

fillers are meant for finesse work in the face. The volume is needed for BBL work becomes prohibitively expensive for temporary solutions.  There's simply no point in doing a few thousand dollars with the fillers for this type of work.  A typical BT BT Ella is 500 to 1000 mL per side.  At 500+ dollars per cc this would become real expensive real fast and it's temporary.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
