Ultherapy long term effects?

I had Ultherapy done in April, 2014. I am 59 years old and now have developed a really bad case of acne. Could this be a side effect from the Ultherapy??

I suggest posting photos , ultherapy tightens skin and in essense then makes faces look thinner as the skin gets more tighter.  Fillers help compliment this.  You can do a face lift anytime after ultherapy.  Best, Dr. Emer.
