I do not believe the acne you are currently experiencing is related to the Ultherapy treatment you had last year. I have not seen or heard of anyone having acne as a result of an Ultherapy procedure. The acne is most likely due to another cause and consultation with a dermatologist would be recommended.

Hello, to date, there has not been any suggestion that Ultherapy causes adult onset acne. Perhaps you began to use heavier facial creams that could play a role in your acne. Please see your dermatologist to help treat this concern. best of luck.
I cannot imagine a scientific explanation for your acne that is related in any way to the Ulthera you received. More likely is that you are experiencing hormonal related acne which is common in a woman's 40's. I suggest you see a local Dermatologist who can help you resolve your problem.
I suggest posting photos , ultherapy tightens skin and in essense then makes faces look thinner as the skin gets more tighter. Fillers help compliment this. You can do a face lift anytime after ultherapy. Best, Dr. Emer.
