I'm 18 & I've had banana rolls since I was about 17, but they've gotten a lot worse since I first started noticing them, which has also caused stretch marks around my thighs. I'm around 5'5"/5'6" & weigh 130. I've done research on CoolSculpting b/c I like that it's not surgical & it seems the cheapest for what I want, but a lot of reviews say that CoolSculpting doesn't work well. Would exercise & clean eating get rid of these? Or is there something like CoolSculpting that would help?
