I’m already quite in shape, just want a little boost so considering 1 treatment of laser- like Lipo while breastfeeding my 4 month old healthy daughter. I know the concern is toxins in fat and the liver but I’m quite hydrated, and active and only want 1 treatment, not ongoing. Is it safe for my milk? It planning on stopping feeding yet.

Having the titanium plate won't matter when doing liposuction but avoid laser lipo since it is the cheapest of the lipos now because of complications and less than descent results. (although some docs can do a decent job with laser lipo, it is not the norm).
