Are there any laser lipo (or similar) like tris-culpt or similar treatments that are recommended for reducing fat in the calves? It's the last place my body wants to lose fat, and its definitely fatty tissue. Also, I don't want to go under, just local anesthesia or no anesthesia.

Having the titanium plate won't matter when doing liposuction but avoid laser lipo since it is the cheapest of the lipos now because of complications and less than descent results. (although some docs can do a decent job with laser lipo, it is not the norm).
