Are there any laser lipo (or similar) treatment recommendations for calves?

Are there any laser lipo (or similar) like tris-culpt or similar treatments that are recommended for reducing fat in the calves? It's the last place my body wants to lose fat, and its definitely fatty tissue. Also, I don't want to go under, just local anesthesia or no anesthesia.

Thanks for the question, this is a very unique area and you want to see someone who is comfortable with this area. I perform this with local anesthesia and specialized small curved cannulas to get around corners easily and smoothly. A few other things, I always place these patients on blood thinners for a week because the normal post operative appearance of the calves look like a blood clot so I go ahead and remove that from the equation so we all sleep better. I also do special wrapping for 10 days (you can fit in shoes dont worry) and have a lymphatic specialist work with the patient!

Laser Lipo is good for removing stubborn areas of fat, but lacks body shaping, which the calves need for definition. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Liposuction can really sculpt the calves and ankles nicely  and is done under tumescent local. Very few docs do well at calves and ankles. I love them. You should do quite well and it is easy to undergo.
