Hi MJZafra,
The question I have is, are you sold on "freezing the fat"? It is minimally invasive (in both procedures, it attaches to the skin) and there is a cold vacuum suctioning your skin, which will kill the fat cells. Some patients have reported it to be painful.
Killing the fat cells is called apoptosis. The data on the web about it is that, it removes the fat cells. Yes, dead cells leave the body. But what can happen in the areas (the hard to remove fat areas, likely are the ones treated), the fat comes back and when it does, it can't come back to that area so that's where you can potentially get something called Body Dysmorphia. The body is misshapen because of little pockets of fat, sometimes hard and lumpy, appearing in other parts of the body. This forces patients to have to be retreated or elect to have surgery. And by the way, after surgery this can happen too.
If you want to go as natural as you can go with fat loss, I recommend you seek out a practitioner who does UltraSlim. It's not Ultrashape, it's UltraSlim. It's called a cold light therapy. The light is not cold however, it's warm and comfortable. Nothing attaches to your body and it doesn't kill the fat cells. The fat cells leave the body naturally through the lymphatic system, and body contouring is achieved through this natural process. The light also stimulates collagen and elastin.
Whatever you decide, good luck.
