It is easy to zap a venous lake and then you don't have to worry about. Sometimes it takes a couple of sessions zapping it under local but 1st just get rid of it. Later get all the filler you want.

It is not clear what diagnosis of venous lake means and who made it? Providing that it is a true vascular malformation that consists of enlarged veins it is not advisable to apply filler of any kind around it.
