This is a great question. At times, when filler is placed in the mouth area, patients also require support of the surrounding structures of the face, not only the lips. Therefore, I would suggest having filler strategically placed in the space around the mouth, to gently support the lips.
Another alternative would be to gently dissolve the area where there is some migration, and this may resolve the crease lightly.
