Why do I have this crease on one side of my face 1 year after lip filler? (photo)

I had lip filler around a year ago. The filler was 1 syringe. I had hooks on each side of my lips so I went back and she dissolved the sides a little bit. The filler has definitely migrated but can someone tell me why I have that one side of my face creased? Will dissolving it completely get rid of it? Thank you

Hi!
This is a great question. At times, when filler is placed in the mouth area, patients also require support of the surrounding structures of the face, not only the lips. Therefore, I would suggest having filler strategically placed in the space around the mouth, to gently support the lips. 
Another alternative would be to gently dissolve the area where there is some migration, and this may resolve the crease lightly.
