Can juvederm lip fillers lift your lips like how the Russian technique does? (photo)

If you get the Russian. Technique will this lift your lip vermillion border and add volume with juvederm line of fillers such as voluma or ultra plus mainly I want to try voluma because I metabolize fast in general.
