Two and a half years ago now, I woke up and my right eye looked a little puffy, as if I had been crying. I also seemed to had developed a third eyelid. The strange thing about my eye is that the crease changes, some days its more prominent than others & maybe once a month it will disappear completely. My optometrist flipped my eyelid up and said everything looked normal. When I do yoga, it sometimes disappears for a day. Could it be an oxygen problem? Is there a nonsurgical way to fix this?

A lower lid skin pinch can be a great option for the right patient. You would benefit from an in person consultation with a board certified surgeon with expertise in periorbital rejuvenation.
