Only you and your surgeon know what the deformity was prior to surgery and what was the objective of the surgery.  I would recommend that you discuss the outcome with your surgeon and what was done during the surgery and attempt to reach a consensus on the result and plan for correction....

You have post operative swelling.  The alcohol and smoking are not helping your situation.  Also spring allergies may be contributing to the problem.  Elevation of the head and cool compresses will help.  You have not ruined your surgery.  Follow up with your surgeon....
