The suture site on right eyelid opened up. Any suggestions? (photos)

My eyelid suture came open on right eye. It was "glued" and taped and I was given ointment. Is this something that happens a lot? I was told it would heal fine. Sutures were in for 5 days. Left eye is fine. I am 9 days post.

Thanks for the question. You should be able to flying by 1-2 weeks after your surgery. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.

Some increased swelling is common after lower lid surgery. I find this is most noticeable between 3 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery. If your surgeo perfomed a fat transposition or transfer this will also increase swelling.I may recommend topical steriod, ice, and massage depending on how much...

This is a relatively common occurrence in the early post operative period. There can be fat necrosis which leads to lumps or the placent of deep sutures can lead to lumps. I recommend massage for this. In extreme cases a cortisone injection may be required. However there may be side effects...

You have dark circles with some hollowing of the lower lids.  Get some HA filler into this area and you should see a big improvement.
