Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty: Am I suffering from swelling? Or something else entirely, will it go away on it's own? (photo)

SeikenDensetsu
Hello. I'm 24 and had a lower lid surgery on the 30th of April, 2015. My first 7 days were the best so far. Even as early as the third day, I had people from within my family tell me that they can already see the results. That might have led me to become a little too eager to celebrate. After a week I had started to smoke/drink regularly and have been for the last week. Now, the swelling is back and my eyes look worse than pre-op. Have I done permanent damage or simply delayed my healing?
