Answer: Can I Get Veneers?
There are many things that can be done to help you like your smile more. For some people, porcelain veneers are the best way, because they can make your smile very straight, and very white.
Most people CAN have veneers, the key to getting a great result for someone like you is to make sure your bite is correct and stable BEFORE you start having veneers made.
A great cosmetic dentist can look at both the aesthetic things you want improved, as well as the structure of how it lines up.
In a situation like yours, I would make a wax design to see what the possibilities are. Most of the time we can create a huge improvement. Sometimes, because of the alignment, there re limitations. If so, then we would sit down and have a conversation about how perfect do you want it? If the "compromised" look is not acceptable to either of us, then you might have to have some limited orthodontics (like Invisalign or short-term braces) to move things to a better alignment.
Make sure you have a good idea what the results may look like BEFORE you start.

Answer: Veneers with Edge to Edge Bite
Judging based on your photo, it would be very difficult to get you the desired result of enlarging your short teeth and getting good proportions without a few recommended steps. The first step is always to have your bite evaluated by a cosmetic dentist that specializes (has taken continuing education and received accreditation) in function of the occlusion (bite). They can point you in the right direction to what will be best for improving your smile. The next recommendation the dentist may make would be to see an orthodontist to ideally open your bite to allow more room with either Invisalign or traditional braces. If ortho is not something you would consider going through again, sometimes "instant ortho" using porcelain crowns and veneers can be used to change the arches and bite. Posterior crowns would need to be placed on your back teeth to raise the bite up to allow for your front teeth to be made longer without the lower teeth slamming into the upper teeth and causing fractures/bite issues over time.
