You do have several options for your smile. I always start my consultation with the question... What bothers you the most about your smile? Bonding and/or veneers will change size, shape, and color of your teeth in your smile line. Both could actually be very conservative as mentioned. Both procedures could be completed in 1 visit. Cost difference is about double between bonding and veneers. However, bonding will change color over time and will need to be replaced more quickly compared to porcelain veneers. Veneers do not change color, shape, or size but will require a little more investment by the patient. Another option, as your teeth appear to be a nice shape and color, are braces. 6 month braces or invisalign may be an option for you preserving your natural tooth structure. With ortho (braces), lots of office also include teeth whitening with their cases. This may be an great route to take if you want to be more conservative on budget and/or your natural tooth structure.
Well this procedure is very common with peg (small) laterals. Bonding is often used when the patient is younger giving the face time to mature with the size of the patients adult teeth. Your veneer is beautiful. However the space (looks like piece of pepper) happens often as well. Your papilla (gum between teeth) will not grow in. I would remake the veneer for proper fit and aesthetics.
You have several options to close this space. Ortho (braces) are an option. Viewing your attached photo, it seems you would be a fairly quick case. Brackets are placed, and the teeth moved into their correct position. If you are missing teeth, you have several options to close the space that are fixed and non-removable. A fixed, non-removable porcelain bridge would close the space and is completed with out any pain and in 2 short visits. A porcelain bridge is very natural in appearance is strong in structure. You may also consider a single implant is a tooth is missing. This procedure takes a little more time from beginning to end but again the result would be a natural tooth in appearance and strong for wear.
Adjusting emax porcelain is very normal both chair side and in the mouth. Emax is a very durable and strong porcelain material that also has a very natural appearance. An ideal bite as mentioned above is the most important factor when seating a permanent porcelain restoration. Your dentist will often have your "bite" on little blue sheets of paper, equilibrating paper. The blue paper will leave marks on your teeth allowing the dentist to know exactly where he/she needs to adjust. I actually incorporate a T-Scan system to adjust my patient's bite. This is a computerized U-shaped wafer that not only tells me where my patients are hitting high but also where they hit first, second, etc.... This enable me to adjust the bite completely and accurately ensuring a stable bite allowing our porcelain restorations to last long term.
