I would suggest that you go to an orthodontist to determine if you can close the gap completely between you two front teeth and the amount of time it would take to do this procedure.

You will also need a periodontist evaluate the tissue between your front teeth and how much of this needs to be removed before you start orthodontic treatment.

I would estimate that this procedure would take at least two years to close this space.

I would suggest you be evaluated by a periodontist(Gum doctor) and a cosmetic dentist.

They will evaluate if you have enough bone support to keep that tooth and if tooth is strong enough to have orthodontics or possible veneers to correct your problem.

They will present to you the treatment alternatives and the cost to improve your simile.

I would recommend that you go to your dentist or a cosmetic dentist.

There is so much involved in deterring the cost of a smile makeover and whether you are a candidate for this procedure.

You may also need specialists like an orthodontist to straighten your teeth, or a periodontist to fix your gums or gum height if you have uneven gums when you smile. Are you missing teeth or is your occlusion poor.

It appears that your arch could be wider in upper posterior. One way to improve this would be by having more orthodontics.You should consider seeing a periodontist to raise your tissue level in #7 and 19 teeth(The Ones next to your too front teeth.

You might also consider bleaching your teeth.

I would then have a cosmetic dentist evaluate your teeth for veneers on teeth #5 through #12.

They could reshape your teeth,widen your arch in the posterior(so see more of your smile,), and obtain lighter shade you desire.

The amount of time to prepare a crown, make a temporary, and take an impression  and deliver the crown on the next visit is dependent on each individual  dentist.

Generally it takes about 45 minutes to 1hour and 15 minutes to prepare and, take impression, and make temporary . It will take about 30 to 45 minutes to deliver a crown.

Again, this can vary by each individual  dentist and whether tooth is in front or the back.

If dentist has Cerec  type machine, hen you t may get crown in one visit but would need to wait for your dentist to make the crown so first visit would be longer..
