Super nice dentist, his assistant Lea is fabulous! Couldn't ask for a better duo, I had some crowns and fillings done and I am very happy with my treatment and results. I have raved about his treatment to all my friends and family.
Dr. Nottingham is incredible. you can barely notice when he gives an injection. His work is flawless and he is very gentle.I Now have a beautiful smile where before I had crooked and stained teeth. He is very precise and only is satisfied when things are perfect. . I am seventy years old and he is the best dentist I've ever known. The office is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
After over 40 years of the best dental service available on the planet, Dr Nottingham has created and kept my smile the brightest in any room I occupy. Thank you Dr Nottingham!!!!! With love from both of us.
I was looking for a top quality dentist to replace crowns and veneers that were over 20 years old. From the moment I walked into Dr. Nottingham's office, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Nottingham and his entire staff treated me like family. He is very patient and took the time necessary to discuss all the aspects involved in the procedure. Additionally, he is a perfectionist who is more concerned with the result than his financial gain. Consequently, the result was fantastic! Thank you Dr. Nottingham, Maryanne
terrible. he advertises on real self as a cosmetic dentist, and he is not registered with the academy of cosmetic dentistry. he leaves the lab tech in charge. hes a general dentist. he started working on me completly threw off my occlusion and disfigured my face. i couldnt chew food properly. i was devastasted took me 3 months to find another dentist. i googled him and found all his dental malpractice lawsuits and he refunded me.
I would suggest that you go to an orthodontist to determine if you can close the gap completely between you two front teeth and the amount of time it would take to do this procedure. You will also need a periodontist evaluate the tissue between your front teeth and how much of this needs to be removed before you start orthodontic treatment. I would estimate that this procedure would take at least two years to close this space.
I would suggest you be evaluated by a periodontist(Gum doctor) and a cosmetic dentist. They will evaluate if you have enough bone support to keep that tooth and if tooth is strong enough to have orthodontics or possible veneers to correct your problem. They will present to you the treatment alternatives and the cost to improve your simile.
I would recommend that you go to your dentist or a cosmetic dentist. There is so much involved in deterring the cost of a smile makeover and whether you are a candidate for this procedure. You may also need specialists like an orthodontist to straighten your teeth, or a periodontist to fix your gums or gum height if you have uneven gums when you smile. Are you missing teeth or is your occlusion poor. Price could also vary depending on the expertise of your dentist and the dental laboratory he uses. The price can vary from a few thousand dollars to $300000 Plus.
It appears that your arch could be wider in upper posterior. One way to improve this would be by having more orthodontics. You should consider seeing a periodontist to raise your tissue level in #7 and 19 teeth(The Ones next to your too front teeth. You might also consider bleaching your teeth. I would then have a cosmetic dentist evaluate your teeth for veneers on teeth #5 through #12. They could reshape your teeth, widen your arch in the posterior(so see more of your smile,), and obtain lighter shade you desire.
The amount of time to prepare a crown, make a temporary, and take an impression and deliver the crown on the next visit is dependent on each individual dentist. Generally it takes about 45 minutes to 1hour and 15 minutes to prepare and, take impression, and make temporary . It will take about 30 to 45 minutes to deliver a crown. Again, this can vary by each individual dentist and whether tooth is in front or the back. If dentist has Cerec type machine, hen you t may get crown in one visit but would need to wait for your dentist to make the crown so first visit would be longer..
