Will my nose be as exactly as same as it was before after a hairline nasal fracture?

Question

I got into a fist fight and damaged my nose X-ray reports say it is a minor hairline fracture so strapping or surgery is not required at all medicines ice and rest will do the job. My nose isn't crooked it's just swelled from a lil bit under my eyes to nose bone. So since it is a minor injury will my nose be exactly same as it once was? Thanks in advance :)

all bones, after they break, heal by creating more bone tissue which remodels over a long time period. Even with a hairline fracture this takes place. So, your nose is likely to get wider and then slimmer, as time goes by, but you may or may not notice this so much

A hairline fracture is a totally non-displaced fracture. If not disturbed, it should heal with no deformity unless you are 14 years old or less and the fracture extended through a growth plate. This potentially could result in later growth disturbance if the nose is not fully grown.
The majority of the swelling will be gone by 6 weeks!
