I just noticed this on the underside of my right breast and wanted to know if it was something I should be concerned about? It’s slightly tender to the touch but otherwise not bothersome. Thanks!

You are borderline for a lift. The implant size depends on the width of the breast as well as your own personal taste. If a lift is desired, one can be done simply around the areola so incisions are well hidden.
Hello, thank you for your question. Implants move with gravity and when you lay down to sleep implants fall laterally (off to the sides). We always advise patients to wear a soft bra to help support implants. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns.
Hello, thank you for your question. That is not true simply put. We always advise patients to wear a soft bra at night to help support implants. During the day we always advice underwire to support and delay drooping. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns.
