I just noticed this on the underside of my right breast and wanted to know if it was something I should be concerned about? It’s slightly tender to the touch but otherwise not bothersome. Thanks!

Answer: Ba Any new changes or concerns in the breast area should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional. It is important to schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider as soon as possible to have the area evaluated and determine the appropriate next steps. Changes or abnormalities in the breast area can be caused by a variety of factors, including infections, cysts, fibroadenomas, or in rare cases, breast cancer. It is important to have any new changes evaluated by a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment if necessary. In the meantime, you may want to avoid touching or squeezing the area, as this can exacerbate any tenderness or discomfort. Best of luck!
