Breast Implants vs Breast Reconstruction?

Question

for visualization purposes, I am 26 and used to be a 32 D cup. Then jumped up to an F cup. then I had my son and breastfed and now my 'breasts' barely fill a B, i put breasts in quotes because its just skin at this point and they quite literally slide out of my bras, its a huge insecurity and i cant even comfortably wear any top that is low cut....all that being said i guess i just want to know what it would be considered and if that would affect the cost or process in any way.

It sounds like you might need an implant with a lift. I would go see a board-certified plastic surgeon (with 6 year integrated plastic surgery training and 1 year The Aesthetic Society accredited fellowship). Hello, thank you for your question. Thats common with child birth and breast feeding. A breast tissue reconstruction basically is your own tissue rearranged so that it fall in the center but  you also get the scars of a mastopexy(lift), this typically on its own without an implant starts at about $10,000.00. Prices vary with each practice. If you would like simply more volume and utilize an implant it was run you about 8-12 k pending the implant type. Some practices cut a deal where they do the implant and lift for a discounted cost. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns and try not to focus on the cost and focus on what you want because you don't want to be unhappy with your results because of the cost. There are financing options.

A reasonable recommendation is not possible in the absence of photos. A definitive answer would require a formal consultation including a physical examination. In general, your options would be breast implants to add volume and possibly a breast lift as well if your breasts are sagging.

I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon with good experience with breast lifting and reshaping as well as breast augmentation, and most importantlywith the 2 of those together, which we commonly refer to as an augmentation mastopexy.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Second, you will need to be evaluated in person to see what your options are. If you want to be bigger, implants will give more volume. If you have excess skin, a lift may be needed.
