A breast tissue reconstruction basically is your own tissue rearranged so that it fall in the center but you also get the scars of a mastopexy(lift), this typically on its own without an implant starts at about $10,000.00. Prices vary with each practice. If you would like simply more volume and utilize an implant it was run you about 8-12 k pending the implant type. Some practices cut a deal where they do the implant and lift for a discounted cost. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns and try not to focus on the cost and focus on what you want because you don't want to be unhappy with your results because of the cost. I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon with good experience with breast lifting and reshaping as well as breast augmentation, and most importantlywith the 2 of those together, which we commonly refer to as an augmentation mastopexy.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
