I’m 24 years old, and I am not a very good looking guy, some may even say ugly. I never really understood why my face is so unattractive, but I think one major factor may be my weak chin. I recently started looking into getting a sliding genioplasty. I am curious how much improvement it would make in terms of attractiveness, based on my condition?

If you teeth align normally (see a dentist), then you have microgenia and a large or possibly XL chin implant can do wonders for your chin and jawline also look into improving your skin quality - acne scarring in the same treatment setting. Usually this can be done with sedation and local anesthesia and an incision either through the gum line or under your chin
