I believe you would benefit from injection of Radiesse or an HA filler into the backs of your hands. This could be repeated yearly to maintain your results. It is a fairly straightforward and comfortable, quick procedure.

But I would also recommend looking into whether you have signs or symptoms of systemic inflammation. Do you have inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, diarrhea, gas or bloating? Joint pains? Muscle aches? Thyroid problems? Diabetes?
