Can anything be done for rapidly aging hands? (Photo)

Question

I am 35 but my hands look as though they are 90. It has brought constant distress to my life. I am not over exaggerating and I have not found anyone online who is similar to me. I have gotten sclerotherapy to help with bulging hand veins, though they are still quite veiny, especially in the summer. I dread summer because it’s more difficult to hide. I have chosen not to have children because I do not want them to live a life like this. Is there anything that will help? Cost or pain is no isssue.

Thank you for your query. Autologous fat injections work great for hand rejuvenation as do hyaluronic acid fillers. I do both  frequently and both give excellent results. Combining a filler and chemical peel or IPL help can address your aging hands. You shouldn't have to live your life hiding your hands. I hope this helps.

Injecting fat to the hands would cover up the veins and tendons nicely and look so natural.  It is easy to undergo and cost is roughly $3500 and so worth it.

It is possible to use a filler to add volume to the hands, which generally makes them appear younger.  Radiesse and Voluma can both be used for this purpose.

I am truly surprised that in your research you have not come across the use of HA fillers for hand rejuvenation  While many years ago sclerotherapy was the only option for dealing with the bulgy veins of the dorsum of the hands, for many years now already fillers have been used (and I personally have been performing this for nearly two decades) mostly by themselves (and occasionally in conjunction with the sclerotherapy) tor hand rejuvenation. No need for despair, or make hasty life decisions because of this. Just make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Yes there is a great option for you called Renuva. I believe you would benefit from injection of Radiesse or an HA filler into the backs of your hands. This could be repeated yearly to maintain your results. It is a fairly straightforward and comfortable, quick procedure.

But I would also recommend looking into whether you have signs or symptoms of systemic inflammation. Do you have inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, diarrhea, gas or bloating? Joint pains? Muscle aches?  Thyroid problems? Diabetes?
