Can anything be done for rapidly aging hands? (Photo)

Question

I am 35 but my hands look as though they are 90. It has brought constant distress to my life. I am not over exaggerating and I have not found anyone online who is similar to me. I have gotten sclerotherapy to help with bulging hand veins, though they are still quite veiny, especially in the summer. I dread summer because it’s more difficult to hide. I have chosen not to have children because I do not want them to live a life like this. Is there anything that will help? Cost or pain is no isssue.

Thank you for your query. Autologous fat injections work great for hand rejuvenation as do hyaluronic acid fillers. I do both  frequently and both give excellent results. Combining a filler and chemical peel or IPL help can address your aging hands. You shouldn't have to live your life hiding your hands. I hope this helps.
