I have attached two pictures of my hands with and without flash. I have the deepest wrinkles. I am based in NYC and was wondering what treatments would help me get permanent younger looking hands like people my age. Any hands make me lose confidence and I have been given strange looks by people. These are how my hands looked since I was a child. My sister and cousin sister have the same hands so I am thinking it's a genetic thing. We also have very rough palms since birth.
Answer: Improve appearance of the hands with a Melapeel. Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to discuss the best treatment options for your type of skin. . Answer: Hand rejuvenation There is help for you! Renuva is the latest treatment to address volume loss for hands, face, and body. It is an injectible that gives some improvement immediately but will continue to improve by gradually replacing volume loss with your own fat. This is not a fat transfer. See an elite injector or my website to learn more.

Answer: Hand Rejuventation Best Achieved Via A Combination Of In-Office & At-Home Treatments Hang in there. Hope is on the way. At least from the two photos provided, it would appear that combining the regular use of certain at-home prescription topical medication and the in-office treatment with a variety of peels, as well as the use of certain fillers can result in smoothing of the skin and more optimal hydration and tautness, and the use of fillers can further smooth the skin and mask the appearance of the blood vessels below. So, no need to despair. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

Answer: Hand Rejuvination Thank you for your question! I would need to examine you to best answer your question; however, there are several non-surgical treatments that can be very effective for hand rejuvenation. Fat or filler can be injected to improve the fullness of your hands and give a more youthful appearance. For loose or lax skin, I often recommend using Thermage,® which is a non-invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency (RF) to stimulate collagen and help smoothen, tighten and contour the skin with no downtime. I often combine these treatments with a combination of laser skin treatments to improve the overall quality of the skin. You may have some redness after these treatments, but unlike other treatments, there is no downtime. You could even do this on your lunch break and go back to work after. I take an individualized and hands-on approach to develop the best treatment plan for my patients. Filler is also an option to help add volume to your hands. Radiesse (Calcium hydroxylapatite) is firmer than most fillers, so it’s a frequent fix for deep, deep groves and to enhance bony contours. this product typically lasts anywhere between 12 and 24 months. I recommend you speak with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is comfortable performing these procedures to further discuss your options.
