i'm content with my size, i just wish my breasts were perkier and had more upper pole fullness. would a breast lift with auto augmentation help achieve this? because i'm hoping i won't have to get implants. im 5'2 and weigh around 130, and normally wear a 34d
Answer: Breasts Yes, I think you would do well with a lift to the smaller breast and a reduction to the larger breast. Just looking at your photos, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved. You will never have high perky breasts.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Lift Without Augmentation Good afternoon, I think that is a very reasonable approach and will allow you to avoid implants- but make sure your PS knows you don't want any volume reduction!

Answer: Breast lift Dear badihek, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast Uplift&Augmentation Hello and thanks for your question. It is nearly impossible to advise you a treatment plan from the photos. Your case is a bit different case from the regular ones. For that reason, I strongly advise you to have in-person consultation with a board certified surgeon and have physical examination to finalize your treatment plan.
