I should have had a lift when I had my implants exchanged but didn't want scars or downtime. I did have a donut lift on my right areola for symmetry. I have a very short torso, so any sagging makes it shorter. I would love to have a lift to help bring the girls up. Thank you in advance.
Answer: Breast lift I'm not so sure you need a lift at all. Generally you can use the same implants with the lift. In your case the implants are large and may be too large to use after the lift.

Answer: Lift You are going to need the vertical lift for better skin tightening, but the implants will need to be removed to do this during surgery. Once removed, your warranty is voided, so most surgeons will insist on using new implants. Measurements are needed to be sure, but your nipples appear to be in good position. You will never have high breasts since yours sit somewhat low on your chest. I recommend just waiting for now.

Answer: Can I get a lift while keeping existing implants? Patients do no necessarily require an implant exchange at the time of a breast lift. There may be reasons to consider an exchange, such as the age of the implant or need for size changes, Options would be discussed with your surgeon during a consultation.

Answer: Breast Lift Good afternoon, Yes absolutely- I actually did that for a patient today- no reason to even touch your implants if you are happy with their size and position!

Answer: Mini lift Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Thirdxcharm, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
