I am 24 and the sagging in my breasts is at Ptosis 1 stage to my understanding. While I understand wanting to get back the original appearance borderlines on unrealistic expectations, I still want to try and get closer to what I had when I was 18, without having to put implants inside my body and without acquiring visible scars. If I get a donut lift now, what should I be expecting 10 years down the line? Will it be beneficial in my case?
Answer: Donut Mastopexy Good afternoon, I really can't advise you very well because of the photos you posted- you should post a full frontal topless photo showing both breasts and at least the tops of your shoulders down to your belly button for an accurate evaluation.

Answer: Breasts You need to submit better photos that show the full chest view and side views so what specifically can be done can be discussed. We don't want "sexy" photos.

Answer: Mini lift The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase our cleavage. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift I don't think a donut lift will give you the lift you need but surgeons like doing them because they are easier than a proper lift. Go on several consults until you find the surgeon who really knows what to do when getting a lift.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Caring934104, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
