My upper trapezius muscles that spasm constantly, which causes pain and hypertrophy. I work really hard on my body but there doesn’t seem to be much I can do about these (please don’t tell me to see a trainer; I AM a trainer and I’ve researched this extensively). Or do I need 10k worth of Botox?
