Will Botox work for headaches caused by hyperactive trapezius muscles?

Inventive556193
My upper trapezius muscles that spasm constantly, which causes pain and hypertrophy. I work really hard on my body but there doesn’t seem to be much I can do about these (please don’t tell me to see a trainer; I AM a trainer and I’ve researched this extensively). I had 50 units of Botox (1:1) per side a month ago. I don’t think it is helping, and I would like to get the trapezius resection surgery. Are there any doctors near Vancouver who do this? Or do I need 10k worth of Botox?
