I have IBD and autoimmune hepatitis but have this under control with medication such as azathioprine and Infliximab. Would I be able to get Sculptra given that I am immunocompromised?

A biofilm forms around a foreign material. 22 months after sculptra the sculptra itself should be gone. If you have an infection, perhaps something else is going on there. But, either way, antibiotics (perhaps long term) will be the best approach to knock out the offending bacteria.
Typically, the outcome of your Sculptra treatment will be noticeable for about two to five years after you have achieved your final desired results.

Morpheus8 treatments should not increase the chance of developing nodules after treatment with Sculptra. I would recommend having the Sculptra treatments first because the treatments can improve the quality of the skin. You could do Morpheus8 afterwards if you feel it is needed.
