I have recurrent swelling, and redness in a Sculptra injection site 22 months after injection. Antibiotics have been prescribed but my question is why if they can't penetrate Biofilms? Is there any antibiotics that can?

Morpheus8 treatments should not increase the chance of developing nodules after treatment with Sculptra. I would recommend having the Sculptra treatments first because the treatments can improve the quality of the skin. You could do Morpheus8 afterwards if you feel it is needed.
The older formulations of Sculptra did require a pre-mix several days in advance, however the new formulation is ready for use immediately following mixing. Sculptra can be a great choice for volume replacement. Discuss with a provider who is familiar with these treatments.
