Hi docs I want to have sculptra injections and I’m interested in RF needling as well. What would the best treatment plan be for these two? Will RF negatively impact my Sculptra? Should I finish my series of Sculptra then start RF needling? Can RF needling increase the chance of granulomas from Sculptra?

The older formulations of Sculptra did require a pre-mix several days in advance, however the new formulation is ready for use immediately following mixing. Sculptra can be a great choice for volume replacement. Discuss with a provider who is familiar with these treatments.

In my opinion, it would be fine to have a Sculptra treatment 12 days after micro needling. I do not believe that this should cause any issues, but I do think it would be best for you to check with the physician who would be administering your Sculptra treatment because they may have a different...
