I'm unhappy with the appearance of my lower face. When I extend my jaw outwards it looks more how I would like it. I would just like a more masculine and conventionally attractive jawline and profile. I'm wondering about the effectiveness of a sliding genioplasty vs a chin implant vs jaw surgery, as well as chin liposuction. I had braces and my bite is fine. But I had some teeth removed at the time and I think this may contribute to my weak jaw. What is the best way to proceed?
