by looking at my side profile you can see that my neck slopes down from my chin and there is no definition what so ever in my neck/chin/jaw line area. I have an overbite with my upper teeth (in other words my lower jaw/teeth are further back in my mouth and my upper teach are positioned further far forward. I think this may be why my chin looks bad in side profile.) I also have a wide square shaped face and chubby cheeks. What are my options? Jaw repositioning/chin surgery/neck Lipo? Etc
