My chin is kinda like a witches chin except it curves upward. I don't know why it does this but it makes me really self conscious.

Most prominent chins can be contoured through an incision under the chin which will also include removal of an elliptical piece of skin to avoid sagging of the skin. You may want to consult a plastic surgeon with craniofacial training who is experienced in this area since this is somewhat of demanding surgerry and requires sufficient expertise.

Your chin pad prominence is caused by either an excessive soft tissue chin pad, bony prominence or both. Most likely it is a combination of both. This type of chin excess is best treated by a submental chin reduction technique to satisfactorily reduce both bone and the excessive chin pad.
