they do not make the nose smaller, on the contrarty it makes bigger and nonsurgical treatments are temporary.

 It is hard to tell by one photo but fillers work nice in this area. Also with fillers, they are not permanent. Of course, what would be the best result and most appropriate procedure would depend an examination and discussion about desired outcome.  Naturally appearing results can be obtained with fillers.  Good question!

The area you don't like at the top of the nasal bridge is called the radix. Poor projection like this can be secondary to trauma but frequently is an inherited characteristic. This can be augmented with cartilage. fillers, fat, or fascia taken from the temporal scalp. I've used all techniques but feel fascia grafts consistently provide the best results.
