I had straight rib septorhinoplasty 8 months ago. There was no dicing and fascia involved. There is a bump on my nose that is getting noticeably larger and larger since my swelling has gone down. It is directly in my midline near the tip. I’m not getting a straight answer from my PS. 1) What is this bump from? Warping? Calcification? The straight rib lifting upwards? 2) How long should I wait for a revision? 3) What technique can be used for revision?
