Hello @lilxenax thank you for your question. Without a proper assessment an expert opinion is not possible. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon for more information and options tailored specifically to your needs. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD FACS
Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, the technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Thank you for sharing your question. unfortunately without photographs or an in-person examination it is difficult to comment.
Dear lilxenax, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
You did not show photos, but if you are a DD, you have plenty of tissue. I suspect you need a lift. Going larger will just give you large and still sagging breasts.
Hello, and thanks for your question. If your breasts sag, you may want to consider a breast lift with implants. Sometimes, if there is very little sag, breast implants alone can do the trick to make them look lifted. It just depends on the severity of your sag. The best thing to do would be to see a surgeon in person so that they can have a better look and give their opinion. Please see a board-certified physician for your consultation. Best of luck to you! Hello and thanks for your question. It is nearly impossible to provide you the best treatment plan for your case without seeing your pictures. For deciding the best treatment plan, the assessment has to be completed with your pictures.
Without some reference pics we can't answer your question. Asymmetry can sometimes be managed with differential implants but IF the nipples are at different heights, a lift will likely be needed.
This is possible and happens somewhat frequently. It is fine to use a modest size implant to get the upper fullness without making a huge breast. Often in this procedure, it is necessary to redo the incision under the breast to get the best shape. This allows access to place the implant.
Hi. Looking at your pic it looks you can get away with implant alone. Implant will be a good option in your case and will help to give good shape and size. Hope I have cleared your doubt. Thanks for posting your query. Good luck!
This should not be a problem. I have not heard of correlation between scratch test and implant issues.
This is fairly normal. It's possible that the one side moves a little more to the lateral aspect of the pocket when you are lying down.
Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. If you have late plastic surgery scars, you may also require laser and...
Hello. Thanks for posting your query. Looking at the pics implant alone will suffice and lift is not needed. Placing the implant in dual plane pocket will give better results and shape to the breast. Hope I have cleared your doubt. All the best
