I am 21 y/o, 5’6”, 140lb for reference. I stopped breastfeeding about 3 months ago, and this is what I’m left with. I’m hoping to get implants only, but I worry that I need a lift. Please help!

Answer: Breast augmentation without lift Hi. I think you should have breast augmentation without a lift. After having a child, I'm sure your nipples are a little lower, but not low enough to need a lift at your age. Especially if you may have more children, you wouldn't want to do the lift now and have to repeat it later. Consult with a board certified PS to discuss your options in person. Best of luck!

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
