I am 21 y/o, 5’6”, 140lb for reference. I stopped breastfeeding about 3 months ago, and this is what I’m left with. I’m hoping to get implants only, but I worry that I need a lift. Please help!
Answer: Breast implant alone will suffice. Hi. Looking at your pic it looks you can get away with implant alone. Implant will be a good option in your case and will help to give good shape and size. Hope I have cleared your doubt. Thanks for posting your query. Good luck!

Answer: Breasts You need to wait 3 more months to let your breasts settle down completely. If you don't change much, an augmentation would work well for you.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Implants Thanks for your question! Based solely off the one photo you provided, I think you could be a candidate for just an implant depending on your goals. Please seek an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation without lift Hi. I think you should have breast augmentation without a lift. After having a child, I'm sure your nipples are a little lower, but not low enough to need a lift at your age. Especially if you may have more children, you wouldn't want to do the lift now and have to repeat it later. Consult with a board certified PS to discuss your options in person. Best of luck!
